OPEN DOORS RUSSIAN SCHOLARSHIP

Application procedure

1). First of all, an applicant shall learn about Chinese Universities under CSC and the majors they offer by visiting the website (http://www.campuschina.org ). Or any other means, and identifies the preferred scholarship program, indicated university, and major.

2). To increase the chances of getting a scholarship find the professors related to your program by checking into the departmental faculty and sending them emails to get their supervision. They will provide an acceptance letter if they accept you under their supervision.

Make sure to visit the professors' profiles and check their research areas. Send emails to those professors whose research areas match your research interests and your subject.

(Get an acceptance letter from October to December)

(Here is some advice: when applying to labs, it is important to show that you are very interested in the specific lab and not just send the same email to every lab. You should write about which projects and research in the lab you are most interested in and why. You can usually get information about labs from their websites. This will make it more difficult for you to apply to labs because you will need to do more reading about each lab instead of just finding the E-mail address. However, it is much more likely that professors will be interested in your application. If you follow this strategy, your overall chance of success will be much higher, even if you don't E-mail as many professors.)
